Don't believe the rubbish that is posted by the sold-to-rent garbage (the STRs) on the forum at the website housepricecrash.co.uk because they have a vested interest in talking down the property market.

I really feel sorry for the STR garbage - they have to wait until the 2012 London Olympics before the property crash begins and even when the crash starts they will have to wait for a recession to unwind the long boom that started in 1996 and so are facing the prospect of having to sit out a sixteen year long recession before another housing boom begins in 2028.

The get rich quick STR have let greed cloud their judgement and are now having to pay a terrible price in that they have made themselves homeless and will spend the next twenty years paying dead money in rent whilst they watch their precious STR fund money continually being eroded away by inflation.
