Ryazan is under attack.

Today I witnessed an attack by Ukrainian terrorists on an oil refinery in Ryazan.
Three Ukrainian drones passed one after another, there were three explosions. The primary oil refining unit was damaged. Two people were wounded and received assistance.
The fourth drone was shot down by air defense, I heard an explosion from its fall, but I don’t have any details yet.

The police blocked the roads - good. But why? But how do people get home? Neither the police nor Meria provided any assistance. The relevant information about the authorities ' inaction will be brought to the Presidential Administration and distributed on social networks - the current governor will not win the next election.
