yep,apparently she had an infecton illness in the membrain she was diagnoised with,i mean thats just sad that she died so young like that,because I used to play the Lilo and stich PC Game from my childhood i Had.

@SkibidiCoffee I'm 168 tall without shoes (I don't live up to the stereotype that Danish men are tall) and my normal weight would be 68-70 kg. my weight gain comes easy on my face so if I take a picture of myself or video I can't hide I'm overweight and it was also a thing trolls bullied me about in the 2010s the trolls thinks I eat at Mcdonalds everyday but I don't I have not been to a Mcdonalds since 2019 and the food was very dry and the service was poor so I never came back

@Sofiathefirst depends on your height and muscle mass but 100kg isn't that bad if your tall like me at 6ft/182cm or if you are muscular. Like if your in the 130kg range it can be a problem but between 60kg to 100kg for most adults is fine I think.

@SkibidiCoffee theres also people like me on medication that cant lose weight even when I have only eaten 1 to 2 meals a day I still stay at around 100 kg I have been on medication since 2009 and all medication that works has the side effect of weight gain and I can sleep for 11 hours.

try slowly eating less like for example. if you eat 5meals aday maybe reduce to 4meals for a few months and then reduce further. slowly adjust to eating less over weeks or months.also walking is good if you can. like even just walking for 2minutes around your house is better then 0minutes
