35. I think Terrytoons gets too much shit.
36. Will Grigg > Alex Jones
37. I could do better than what Disney and Dreamworks are crapping out these days.
38. Dungeons & Dragons > Gravity Falls
39. Animaniacs hasn't aged very well aside from Slappy, and perhaps, Pinky & the Brain. I still wouldn't bring it back, though.
40. Both of the My Little Pony movies aren't good.

As much as I abhor John K's sexual predation; he knows his shit when it comes to cartoons. By the way, his hatred of scripted cartoons comes from working for Filmation, Hanna-Barbera, and other TV cartoon studios. (Though Dungeons & Dragons and The Real Ghostbusters were flukes back then.)
